The final poster will interpret the subjects in the form of posters to promote hypothetical ("make-believe") retrospective exhibitions from designers and topics exhibited in the Rubin Center. It must incorporate a concept that puts the work in the context of El Paso, UTEP, or the El Paso Southwest. The poster reflects local culture, history, traditions, environment, or both. The design is to repurpose a famous design visual artist and designer related to El Paso Borderland. I chose an artist, Lucian Bernhard, in "Novelta Cigaretten" on the borderland struggle of immigration in large group of family trying to escape from the economic devastation and political instability to United States to seek shelter.
